Is there a free trial or a money-back guarantee?
Yes and yes. We offer a fully functional, 15-day FREE trial of our software and we encourage all customers to try before they buy.
We also offer a money back guarantee under certain conditions (please see Terms above).
Do I get free software updates with the Monthly and Yearly Plan?
Yes. The Monthly and Yearly Plan subscriptions include free software updates, for all versions of Delimit, throughout your subscription period. If you cancel your subscription, the free updates will stop at the end of your subscription term upon which the license will also expire and Delimit will downgrade to 'Lite' edition with all Pro features disabled. This is unlike our Permanent License which never expires.
Do I get free software updates with the Permanent License?
Yes, to a certain extent. Free software updates are included for all updates pertaining to the major version of the software you are licensed for. For example, if you have purchased a Permanent License of Delimit Pro V4 (version 4) and you are currently on version 4.1, then the update to version 4.2 is included free of charge. So is the update to version 4.3 and so on. However, all updates pertaining to the next major version of the software are not included. For example, version 5.0 of Delimit Pro is not included free of charge, since your permanent license is for V4. An optional maintenance plan for extended updates and support can be purchased separately.
How do I get volume discounts?
We offer discounts on many-user licenses. Please contact our sales with the number of users you are looking to license and we will get back to you.
Can I add or remove users during my subscription and how?
Yes. In addition to selecting the number of users at checkout, you can also add or remove users during your subscription.
Contact our sales with your requirement and we will send you details about how this affects your subscription rebill amount. Adding users to your plan can either be immediate or it can become effective upon your subscription auto renewal. The removal of users is always effective upon your subscription auto renewal.
Can I cancel my subscription and how do I do that?
Yes. Canceling a subscription means canceling your Plan's next auto renewal and rebill date. At any time, you can cancel your subscription yourself, via the 'Manage Your Order' link provided on your receipt or you can contact our sales and we will do this for you.
After I cancel my subscription, can I still use Delimit Pro for the remainder of the term?
Yes. Delimit Pro will continue to be fully functional for the remainder of your term. For example: if you have started your Yearly Plan on Feb 17, 2025 and then canceled your subscription on Dec 5, 2025, you will still be able to use Delimit until Feb 17, 2026, after which Delimit will downgrade to 'Lite' edition with all Pro features disabled.
Can I uncancel my subscription?
Yes. You can uncancel your subscription as long as you do this prior to your next auto renewal and rebill date. You cannot uncancel a deactivated subscription, one that has passed the auto renewal date and therefore has missed its next rebill. You can uncancel your subscription yourself, via the 'Manage Your Order' link provided on your receipt or you can contact our sales and we will do this for you.
What happens to my data if I cancel my subscription?
Any personal information, about you the customer, is subject to our Privacy Policy, please consult the policy for further information. Any and all files that you have opened and worked on using Delimit, have always stayed with you. Delimit runs locally on your machine and all file access is local. Delimit never uploads your files to any remote server. Hence canceling your subscription only deactivates Delimit and it's ability to work on your files.
